Coverage:

Roch LLC warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use according to the provided instructions. This warranty lasts for 12 months from the original retail purchase date.

What is Covered:

• Defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used normally in accordance with our instructions.

What is Not Covered:

• Cosmetic damage or damage due to wear and tear.

• Damage from abuse, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair/modifications.

• Damage from failure to follow the instruction manual.

Period of Coverage:

The warranty period starts on the purchase date and lasts for 12 months.

Warranty Limitations Subject to Consumer Law:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions. Roch LLC disclaims all statutory and implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Remedy:

If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Roch LLC will, at its discretion, either repair the defect, replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or refund the purchase price.

Dispute Resolution - Important:

For disputes arising in the US, all rights and obligations are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute shall be confidentially arbitrated in Dawsonville, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration awards are binding and can be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. For purchases outside the US, disputes shall be governed by local laws.

Limitation of Liability:

Roch LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of its products. This does not apply to personal injury claims or any statutory liability for intentional and grossly negligent acts/omissions.

Your Rights:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights, including rights to remedies for non-conformity of goods.
